Big size prints are generally seen at a distance bigger than 1 meter. Thus, the Dot Per Inch (DPI) can be less than 300 DPI, according to the distance between the image and the viewer. For example, an image which will be seen at a distance bigger than 1 meter can be in 80 DPI without quality problem.
